Jackson,
Don’t know if you’ll see this. I couldn’t stand Heart Of Darkness either. The only thing I got from the book is when I used to live in the blizzard states, I would say “I’m cold, I’m cold, I shall wear my trousers rolled”. The reason I read it was I took a British Literature course in college. I originally thought people read this stuff and say it’s good because it’s the crowd syndrome. You know, where if everyone says they like it just to fit in. For the last paper in the class, the professor had us write about why people like British Literature. I wrote some lofty paper that I figured he’d like about symbolism and metaphors. In the end, he told us people like British Literature because they just say they like it to fit in. My original thought….dang. I got a B in the class.

Good on you for being a true HP fan & going to a midnight showing. I’m not. Mostly because I’m scared that I’ll have all this build-up and then fall asleep during the movie. How could I fall asleep during an action-packed movie that I’ve looked forward to forever? Well, because I’m not a night person. At all. *sigh* Still, I’m really looking forward to the movie and WILL be watching it during it’s premiere week. Enjoy! Post pics of your costume, if you do one!

great video jackson! as a suggestion, do you think you can talk about how you came up with your website? it’s really cool and i like it a lot. i like how you incorporate videos and links and everything on it. do you do this yourself, or did you hire someone? but great job on everything so far!

I completely agree about the favorite and least favorite of the series. But I think 3 & 7 are tied for favorite. As for 4, I think the reason I find it to be the least favorite is because it is a “filler” book. The storyline for that book has no relevance to the overall story. Nothing is significant until the end. So… I feel like we are just “getting through” the 4th year to get to the end when Voldemort officially returns. Don’t know about you, but that’s my take on it.
